The Personal Information processed consists of data collected through admission forms provided by the service provider 123FormBuilder, completed by the website visitor, and subsequently transmitted to the group’s subsidiaries and facilities capable of providing the requested information and responses. This data is hosted by our service provider 123FormBuilder, which uses Amazon AWS, certified as a Health Data Hosting provider (HDS): https://aws.amazon.com/compliance/hds/

Visitors may also subscribe to a newsletter providing updates on the facilities and the Nouvelles Eaux Vives NEV Group.

The following Personal Information may be collected for these purposes:

• Last name, first name

• Phone number

• Email address

• Any other information entered in free-text fields

The website may also recognize the user’s device when connecting through the use of cookies. The data collected is used solely for statistical purposes in order to optimize the website.

Personal Information is retained only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, except for statistical or historical purposes, and always within the limits prescribed by applicable regulations or recommended by supervisory authorities. Accordingly, connection logs, cookies, and other trackers implemented on our website are retained for a maximum period of 13 months.
